Job Responsibilities
- The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to establish and execute a sales goal for the area and generate revenue.
- Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly sales target through comprehensive drive.
- Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
- Creating Dealers, Distributors, sales partners, local market retailers establishing with target achieving methodology.
- Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to the management.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Assisting sales personnel for improving their product knowledge and professional skill.
- Ensure necessary communication upward (management) and downward (Sales Officer/ Distributor/Dealer/ Key Retails).
- Ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.

- In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
- Experience in Tissue/food/ sales will get preference.
