Job Responsibilities

• Oversee entire cost management function of the factory
• Ensure Standard Costing Procedure is implemented and maintained accurately at all times
• Supervise production & inventory accounting and variances analysis
• Manage and control factory production cost i.e. material costing, activity costing and overhead allocation
• Prepare periodic budgets for factory with proper planning and cost analysis to ensure cost minimization upon following Standard Costing Procedure.
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Create and review the control needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
• Report on breakeven points by products works centers and factories.
• Report on margins by product and division.
• Report on periodic variance and there causes, focusing in particular on spending variances.
• Sound knowledge on pre costing / post costing/ marginal costing.
• Submit pre cost to Buyer in time.
• Work to reduce costing & increase profitability.
• Any others task assign by management
