Job Context
- Job Location: Kunabari,Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and work space to achieve maximum efficiency;
- Study individual operator’s performance and trained up them.
- Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
- Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.
- Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
- Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
- Define proper work methods for workers, staff, and specific products.
- Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.
- Suggest methods for increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
- Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
- Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.
- Find out reasons for defects & wastage and put suggestion for its solution.
- Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
- Study on recent affairs to develop new ideas for increasing productivity and technical know how.
- Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine, utilities and materials.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Textile Engineering Technology/ Bachelor in Industrial and Production Engineering.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Layouting, Lean Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
